BMC FootPrints Administrator - Our interactive, hands-on Administrator Training class teaches you to effectively configure and maintain the functional aspects of BMC FootPrints as an IT Service Management and issue tracking application. You will learn ways to automate your business processes using BMC FootPrints basic and advanced features. BMC FootPrints Desktop Management Solution Training

Our 5-day interactive, hands-on training class will teach you to effectively discover, inventory and maintain a comprehensive hardware and software inventory of your complex IT environment.  We will provide you the tools to ensure your users have the latest OS and application patches, enable you to provide routine desktop-management services and IT troubleshooting remotely and securely.  This is accomplished via in depth configuration and best practice instruction.

Once you have gained complete visibility into your entire IT environment via Inventory Manager, you will learn how to configure BMC Patch Manager to automatically identify missing patches and deliver critical fixes to devices across your organization.  The skills you learn will be reinforced with hands on lab exercises. BMC FootPrints Asset Core and Inventory Manager Training

This 3.5-day training class has been designed for our FootPrints Asset Core customers who need to learn how to configure FootPrints Inventory Manager to automate their inventory process, but do not need instruction on FootPrints Patch Manager.  This hands-on training class will teach you to effectively discover, inventory and maintain a comprehensive hardware and software inventory of your complex IT environment.  This is accomplished via in depth configuration and best practice instruction.Detailed Syllabus (PDF).
