Student Center FAQs

I don't remember my password.

Select the Click Here link next to Forgot your username or password?. Enter your Username and Account Email address. By default these will be the same. The system will email you your password.

Where are my courses?
Courses can be found in two places. Courses you currently have open and active can be found on the Current Courses page. Any course you have ever purchased, whether it is complete or open, will be listed on the My Transcript page.

How do I get my certificate?
Certificates are available for classroom training only.  To print either your certificate of attendance or exam certification, log in to the Student Center, go to My Transcript and click on the applicable blue Certificate button.

Where is my class being held?

What hotels do you recommend?
We unfortunately cannot make suggestions for hotels as we have not had the opportunity to visit every location.  However, many times the directions link will include a Hotel Page link toward the bottom of the screen.  If the directions link takes you to a map, then you would simply need to do a search for hotels in the area. Please see the “Where is my class being held” answer for details on how to get to the directions link.

What time do your classes start and end?
Classes begin each day at 9:00 AM and generally end between 4:30 and 5:00. The exception is the last day (Friday) of the "Administering BMC Track-It! 8" course which is scheduled to end at 3:00. If you do not take the exam you can plan to be done by 2:00.

Where are you offering regional classroom training?
ALL currently scheduled classes can be found via the Student Center. You can quickly find a list of cities and dates by clicking the Register link once you have found your course. You can also click the By Location, By Course, or Class Calendar links in the left pane. If you have already logged into the system, select the Register for Courses page first.

Online Training FAQs

How do I register for online training courses?
Enrollment instructions will be emailed to the person at your company who placed the online training order within 3 business days of purchase.  If you have not received your instructions and it has been 3 business days, please contact us at training@numarasoftware.com.

When I log into the online course no one is there, why?
All online courses are conducted in the Eastern time zone.  Please adjust the scheduled start time to your time zone. If you login 10 minutes past the start time, it is possible that the course has been cancelled.  Online courses are cancelled if there are no attendees 10 minutes past the start time.  Please make every attempt to log into the course on time.

How do I view the courseware PDF?

  1. Go to the My Transcript page
  2. Click the Course Name link
  3. Click the Open button under Related Materials

Why is my attendance for a recorded course still in “open” status?
Once you have taken a recorded course, please send an email to training@numarasoftware.com and we will mark you as “completed.”

How can I find out what courses my technicians have completed?
Send an email to training@numarasoftware.com requesting that we set you up as the company administrator.  We will send you an email with the instructions within 3 business days.  NOTE:  This information can only be sent to the point of contact we have on record for your company’s account.
